Job Responsibilities

Policy and Guide Refresh Support

  • Support the refresh and consolidation of policies and guides relating to Platform Management Standards.
  • Assist in translating governance expectations into clear and practical implementation guidance.
  • Review existing documents, templates, and supporting artefacts to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas requiring clarification.
  • Maintain version control, issue logs, action trackers, and documentation repositories.
  • Prepare working drafts, review materials, and summary packs for stakeholder discussion and approval.

Governance and Control Support

  • Assist in documenting control requirements, test steps, evidence expectations, and implementation artefacts.
  • Support mapping of policies and guides to control objectives, governance requirements, and identified review gaps.
  • Help track remediation actions, decisions, dependencies, and signoffs.
  • Support audit-style reviews of documentation completeness, evidence quality, and control alignment.
  • Identify potential risks, open issues, and areas requiring management attention.

Stakeholder Coordination and Delivery Tracking

  • Coordinate with Technology stakeholders, Platform Leads, COO teams, and governance stakeholders to gather inputs and validate content.
  • Follow up on outstanding actions, decisions, and required artefacts to keep delivery on track.
  • Prepare structured meeting notes, action logs, and progress updates.
  • Support workshops, working group discussions, and review sessions.
  • Capture stakeholder feedback and help ensure it is assessed and incorporated into updated policies and guides where appropriate.

KPI, Data, and Reporting Support

  • Support the development of Platform Management KPIs and performance measures.
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, validating, and organising data required for reporting.
  • Help identify trends, hotspots, and areas requiring management focus.
  • Support the development of dashboards, control towers, and management information packs.
  • Translate data findings into clear and simple narratives for management updates.

Project Management and Administrative Support

  • Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Track deliverables across workstreams and escalate delays or blockers where required.
  • Support preparation of governance forum materials, steering committee updates, and management packs.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, structured, accessible, and kept up to date.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Finance, Risk, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, business management, technology management, or related areas.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Good written communication skills, with the ability to summarise complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable working with documentation, standards, policies, procedures, trackers, and management reports.
  • Basic understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls, audit, or compliance concepts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and follow-up actions.
  • Able to work independently while seeking guidance when required.
  • Comfortable taking a hands-on delivery role, including documentation, coordination, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Audit, risk, governance, and/or project delivery experience would be preferable.
  • Experience in internal audit, technology risk, operational risk, compliance testing, control assurance, or governance reviews would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with technology operating models, platform management, or technology controls would be useful.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder forums, working groups, steering committees, or governance meetings.
  • Experience preparing dashboards, management information, KPI reports, or data-driven insights.
  • Exposure to data analysis, trend identification, issue tracking, or risk reporting.
  • Experience working in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment would be advantageous.
